Order Acceptance

If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation of this by email/WhatsApp.

The receipt of an email order confirmation by you constitutes our acceptance of an order and the conclusion of a contract between us to sell the goods you have ordered, subject to these terms.

Whereas, following such acceptance, lovedreambeds.co.uk will always seek to meet the requirements of your order, there may be circumstances following confirmation where we cannot ship products due to unavailability (of which we were unaware at the time of confirmation of the order).

If that is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the money for the unavailable products back onto your card or into your account.

If the payment process has yet to begin at that time, the money for such products will not be taken out of your account or from your card.

lovedreambeds.co.uk acceptance is therefore subject to the availability of products following the receipt of the confirmation email by you.

Equally, while lovedreambeds.co.uk endeavors to avoid making any errors on its website and to ensure that the descriptions, details, and dimensions of its products, its prices, and other information about lovedreambeds.co.uk or its products are accurate and up to date, errors can occur.

Suppose we identify an error that materially impacts your confirmed order. In that case, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of canceling your order in full or the part(s) affected by the misinformation.

If you make such a cancellation, the money for the canceled part of your order will be refunded to your account (or will not be taken at all if the payment process has not begun at that time).

Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice.

Errors will be corrected when discovered, and lovedreambeds.co.uk reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

Deposits

If you choose to pay a deposit for your order, you must be aware that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your order or return the product later.

Deposits will be refunded if we cancel your order due to the unavailability of a product or a pricing or offer error.

Discount Codes

Discount Codes are restricted to one per customer per order. Any order that combines coupon codes to gain a more significant discount will be canceled and refunded.

Discount codes are solely at the discretion of us, and we reserve the right to withdraw any special offer or coupon code at any time.

Alterations

Any alterations made to orders may incur extra charges, which will be taken according to the alteration.

Delivery

Delivery costs are non-refundable for any reason. While we will do our best to accommodate any delivery requirements and dates, lovedreambeds.co.uk cannot guarantee that these requests or requirements will be met.

Special requirements and delivery restrictions should be stated at the checkout in the notes section, or you should inform staff members at lovedreambeds.co.uk as soon as you place your order.

In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, lovedreambeds.co.uk will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses.

Please note that drivers can only deliver to your house's front door or, in the case of a flat, the ground floor unless you have selected the assembly or room of choice delivery option.

Please measure the stairways correctly; if the bed cannot get through the stairways, the driver will not accept the return of the bed/mattress.

We shall not be liable for any loss, economic loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.

If you cannot accept the delivery, please inform us within 1 hour of the dispatch email/text being sent to you.

If you cannot receive the delivery on the day without informing us beforehand, there will be a charge of £60 for redelivery to your address.

Please note that adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery.

Fitting

The fitting service on our website includes taking the bed to a room of your choice and assembling the bed.

This does not include dismantling your current beds, removing the old bed, or packaging the new bed. 

For your house, please measure the stairways and doors correctly; if the bed cannot get through the stairways, the driver will not accept the return of the bed/mattress.

Warranty

A comprehensive 90-day warranty for a bed frame means that we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our product and will repair or replace any parts of the bed frame that are found to be defective within 90 days of the purchase date.

This type of warranty guarantees our customers peace of mind and assures them we are committed to delivering a high-quality product.

A part replacement warranty for up to 1 year means we will continue supporting our customers even after the initial 90-day warranty period has ended.

If any part of the bed frame fails within one year of purchase due to a defect in materials or quality, we will provide replacement parts to our customers at no additional cost.

This helps to ensure that our customers can continue to enjoy their bed frames for years to come.

It's important to note that these warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper assembly.

They are also subject to specific terms and conditions, which our customers should know before purchasing.

We encourage our customers to read the fine print and understand the limitations of the warranty before making a decision.

Cancellation and Returns 

What do I do if my goods arrive damaged or missing?

 First, please check over your goods on delivery to ensure that the packaging is intact and all items are in good condition before you sign for them.

Quick ways of identifying any damages when accepting your goods are to check the boxes and plastic packaging for any tears, indents, or crumpled areas, which can often identify damage.

lovedreambeds allows all damages to be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email.

All of our beds are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes a custom size headboard, a custom size footboard, or custom size side rails. 

You can ask us as many questions about bed design, fabric shades, and sizes. Once the bed is made up and delivered, we only accept returns if the design, color, or size you order is desirable.

The product can be faulty, different size, or different fabric color. If the product is canceled before being dispatched, there will be a £75 charge to cover the admin fee & the cost of refunding money back onto a card.

Suppose delivery cannot be made on the day requested due to access issues or unforeseen circumstances.

In that case, we will attempt redelivery at your request on a specific day for a charge of £50.00. If you have any queries, then please email us.

All returned/exchanged items must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION, and they must be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING. N.B. – DO NOT TAPE UP OR WRITE ON BOXES. They must also be suitably packaged.

Customers are advised to obtain and complete a 'certificate of postage' form stamped by the Royal Mail or any other courier company before returning the bed.

Responsibility for the goods remains that of the customer until safely received by lovedreambeds Ltd. accepts no liability for goods lost in transit.
